Twikey allows companies to manage their mandate portfolio and to invite new or existing customers. Full control and immediate access to all mandates and contracts are guaranteed. All information can be synchronized with the company accounting software or you can fully manage your mandates and direct debits within Twikey with your own accounts. Over ten thousand companies and consumers already use Twikey for the signing of contracts and SEPA mandates.


The main challenge was to give the company a growth spurt, based on a scalable growth process. In addition, generate more leads and conquer the new Dutch market.


We started with an intensive team development process of 5 months with a focus on growth strategy, process and tactics.
After this period, the need as Head of Growth was to further implement the growth hacking process and to set up and monitor hands-on campaigns. During the last six months, Bammboo has carried out a number of recurring experiments and provided technical support remotely.

We jointly achieved the following results:

  • Substantial market share in the NL and BE market
  • Increases the number of leads substantially
  • Successful implementation of Growth Hacking process
  • Able to set up and conduct autonomous experiments (TEACH2FISH)

Some examples of successful experiments:
> LinkedIn Lead Forms made it possible to quickly collect valuable data from potential leads. As “lead magnet” we have written an E book and offered it in exchange for personal data.
> Is it possible to “lift” along with the reach of 1 of their partners’s Twitter channel. The experiment was very successful because we targeted a small but very relevant target group and offered them a solution. Twikey has left a number of very high-quality customers with it.
